Net4India expands Broadband
(National Herald, Mumbai, 29th January, 2004)
Net4India, an IP communications service provider, on Tuesday announced commissioning of its 'Triple Play' Broadband network.
This high speed network will carry data, voice and video signals used for internet telephony and rich-media applications. The service has been successfully tested in select metros and by end of 2004, will be expanded to cover 10 cities.
Net4India already has 5000 end users signed for its broadband service in Delhi, Chennai and Mumbai, and the number is expected to grow as the company expects the industry to see an inevitable boom in 2004. Industry estimates indicate 25 million broadband users in India by 2007. |
