Net 4 receives IS027001 Certification

Net 4 has become the world's first Internet services company to be certified with ISO 27001 (for data center security) by the British Standards Institution (BSI). This certification has been awarded to Net 4 for eight locations (Inputs required on the locations). The ISO 27001 is a new certification from the BSI and is given for effective e-security and physical security measures.
ISO 27001 is the only international standard where an organization can receive a truly independent assessment of their Information Security Management System (ISMS). Commenting on the certification, Jasjit
Sawhney, CEO, Net4, said,
"We are proud to be the first Internet services company in the world to receive this certification. ISO 27001 highlights our stringent security measures we have undertaken to secure the data of our customers."
"With this certification, we aim to increase our business from the information-sensitive industries like Banking, Insurance, stock brokers, etc. It will proactively identify, manage and minimize the range of threats to which information is regularly subjected to," added Jasjit. |
