For using this signature in your email client:

In case of Outlook Express
Go to --> Tools --> Options --> Signature
In Signature there is an option of FILE. Just locate through browse button, 
your email signature file (The same html file which you have to save with 
the changes) A dialog box will appear from where you have to select html 
option from the dropdown menu. Navigate for the file and click apply.
In other email client where you have specified text signature there will be
 an option for FILE you just have to follow the same rule.
