Process
The recruitment process starts in the month
of December when colleges initiate their pre-placement talks
week. We receive placement brochures from various MBA institutes
and short list 4-5 campuses. The campus recruitment process
involves:

Interview |

First Round: The
short-listed candidates are called for the first
round of interviews. This round is very general,
and is conducted to test the candidate's temperament,
personality, communication skills and analytical
abilities. |

Second Round The
second round of interviews would be conducted with
the Department Heads, which would be functional
in nature. |

c. |
Third Round: In
the third round of interviews the candidates would
members of our Top Management Team for a functional
interview. This would be the final deciding session.
The short listed candidates would be presented with
offers to join Net 4 India. |
All those short-listed must go through the first and the third
rounds of interviews. The second round is optional and may
be eliminated.
