Net4’s associate company has been allocated frequency in the 3.3 GHZ band by the DOT, Government of India. Net 4 has set up Fixed Wimax infrastructure in 4 major cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore) and provides internet access to corporate customers across these cities using its network of base stations. Net 4’s Wimax Services lead to significant savings for businesses as there is no recurring annual charge for the last mile and incremental E1 connectivity. Further, the Wimax Service offers a great alternative redundancy to wired connectivity.
