There are multiple paths to get to
the Dial-Up Networking Window

Via the Control-Panel using the icon
"Network and Dial-up Connections"
|

Via the Start-Menu "Settings", then "Network
and Dial-up Connections"
|
|
via your desktop icon "My Network Places", then the link to "Network
and Dial-up Connections".

As instructed , select to "Make a New Connection"
|
|
This starts up the "Network Connection Wizard"
|
|
This Wizard takes care about all different kind of connections (incoming
and outgoing, via modem or direct-cable-connection) In this example,
I like to connect to the Internet
|
|
I am connecting via Modem using a Phone-line
|
|
The access number (in this example for Net4india)
|
|
The User-Identification and Password, as assigned by the Internet
provider
|
|
Lets define a name of the Connection
|
|
Done !
|
