Process
The process starts in the month of December when colleges
commence their pre-placement talks week. We receive Placement
brochure from various MBA institutes and short list 4-5 campuses.
The campus recruitment process would involve:

First Round The short listed
candidates are called for the first round of interview.
This round is very general. This is basically to test
the candidate's temperament, personality, communication
and analytical abilities. GM- HR and Chief Operating Officer
would be on the interview panel. |

Second round The second round
of interview would be with the Department Heads. This
will be a technical round of interview. |

c. |
Third Round: In the third
round of interview the candidates will meet our CEO and
CTO. This is also a technical round and will be the final
deciding round. The short listed candidates are given
an offer to join NET 4 INDIA. |
All the short listed candidates have to go through the first
and the third round of interview. The second round is optional
and can be eliminated.
