Training

All members of TeamNet4 benefit from both formal and informal vehicles of training. Saturday Knowledge Window allows employees to not only learn and share domain knowledge and best practices. It also adds to their communication, presentation and dialectical skills. Mentoring Programs and Manager Training Programs equip 'new managers' with the tools necessary to drive large teams. The trainings are conducted through a mix of formal classroom sessions, brainstorming, orientations, game sessions and workshops. Training is also imparted on stress management and teamwork.
