1. The 'Purchased for' field contains a drop down box from which you have to select the package type for the particular account.You must select a package type before you submit the form for the Account to be activated.You have the option of selecting from the following packages:
   • Dial-up 1 month Unlimited
   • Dial-up 3 months Unlimited
   • Dial-up 12 months Unlimited
   • 25 hrs/12 months(i.e. valid for 12 months)
   • 100 hrs/12 months
2. All the fields having an Asterix (*) must be compulsorily filled up before you submit.
3. Avoid using special characters such as " ' " (single quote) in the fields that you enter.
