RULES OF ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWALS

Applications for admission must be made in the prescribed
form available from the college office.
- The duly filled in application form, has to be sent to the principal, so as to reach him soon after the publication of the
DEGREE examination results of Bangalore University.
- In case an application is favorably considered, a list of provisionally selected candidates will be published on the college notice board,
in website and an interview card will be given to the applicant assigning a date for an interview with the Principal.
- During the interview, the applicant for the P.G. course should produce, besides the
interview card, the following certificates,
- Transfer Certificate from the College last attended.
- SSLC / PUC / DEGREE or equivalent marks card.
- Conduct Certificate.
- Migration Certificate in the case of students from outside the state.
- Three stamp size photographs.
- Additional documents in case of foreign students:
- Valid Passport
- Valid Student VISA
- AIDS Clearance Certificate
- Immediately after the interview, the candidate, if selected, will be enrolled forthwith, on payment of the fees prescribed. All admissions are subjected to the approval of the
University.
FEE REGULATIONS
- The fees shall be paid for the full year on the day of admission. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
- The fee shall be remitted in the South Indian Bank Christ College Extension Counter for which the students shall obtain a challan from the college office.
- After the payment of fees, the students should keep the Students Copy of the challan for future reference.
- Absence with or without leave from the college shall not be an excuse for non-payment of fees on the prescribed date.
- A student joining the college after the commencement of the academic year will have to pay the full fees for the year.
- Students are expected to pay fees for the next higher class and to clear all their arrears including fine and breakage damages etc. before collecting the admission ticket for the University examination.
