Also known as Plus Two, this is a bridge course after ten years of schooling, conducted by the college according to the norms and regulations of Karnataka State Pre-University Board. This course is the beginning of specialization requiring the students to choose one among the three academic streams available to them to pursue their university education. Each combination offers four core subjects within the area of their choice apart from language studies. Those who opt for the science stream will have the medical and engineering opportunities besides the possibility of shifting to the arts subjects at the degree level. Those who opt for commerce and arts will not be able to go back to the science stream in the degree course. Subjects concerning humanities give the minimal choice to the students in the sense that they can pursue their higher studies only in that area.
